Before the chapters
01Introduction
A few sentences about me
I’m Hannah. I notice how a place makes people feel: the lighting, the furniture, the scent. This site is where I keep some of my photos and the stories behind them.
02Childhood
Ages 1–10
I grew up hearing stories about my parents’ businesses and playing Monopoly against them. I loved it, even though I rarely won.
03Early passions
Ages 10–15
I started my first small business in 4th grade, selling stickers. Then came handmade cards, then slime. Somewhere between the stickers and the slime, I figured out that my future is in business.
04Arts, culture & community
Passions
For Vietnamese people, helping each other is just part of who we are, and that’s why I’ve always wanted to give back to my community. I started piano in 3rd grade and later played in the school Ensemble. On our school stage I went from a PE teacher to the lighting booth to the White Witch.
05Looking ahead
Aspirations
I want to study business and hospitality, starting in September 2027. I’d like to build places where people feel looked after without having to ask: places they miss when they leave, and the first ones they think of when they want to go somewhere.
